What we collect

When you request quotes we collect your name, email, phone, ZIP code, metro, project type, budget and project details, plus the page you submitted from, your browser user-agent and a one-way hash of your IP address (for spam prevention). Newsletter signups collect your email. Installers who claim a listing provide company and contact details.

How your quote request is shared

When you submit a quote request, you are asking us to share your information with up to three (3) independent installers serving your area. Those installers may contact you by phone, text message or email about your project. Installers are independent businesses, not agents of Court & Green; their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. Installers may pay us for leads or featured placement.

Other uses

We use your information to operate the site, match you with installers, send the newsletter you subscribed to, prevent fraud and spam (including Cloudflare Turnstile), and comply with law. We do not sell newsletter emails.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests and stores submissions on our behalf.

Retention & your choices

We keep submissions as long as needed to deliver leads and for record-keeping, generally no more than 24 months. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us at the contact form on our For Installers page. California and other state residents may have additional rights under applicable law.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 16.
